How to Get Listed on TrustRadius: Claim Your Free Profile
TrustRadius profiles are free to claim. How to claim yours, complete it, collect long-form reviews, and when Premium is worth it, plus what we found on live profiles: only paid ones link to your site.

TrustRadius lists B2B software for free. Vendors claim a free profile at solutions.trustradius.com/claim-your-profile, sign in to the vendor portal (LinkedIn or email and password), and complete the product profile: features, integrations, pricing, security information, and videos or demos. TrustRadius says free profiles put you "in front of 1M+ buyers". A Premium profile adds CTAs, lead capture and review-generation campaigns.
TrustRadius is known for long, detailed reviews from mid-market and enterprise buyers, and it has a strict review policy. Here's how to claim, what to fill in, and how to get reviews there. Checked in October 2026.

What TrustRadius is
TrustRadius is a B2B software review site owned by HG Insights, a technology-intelligence company. It's known for long, structured reviews and for verifying reviewers, which makes it popular with mid-market and enterprise buyers who read in depth before shortlisting. It runs annual awards (Top Rated, Buyer's Choice) and sells buyer-intent data to vendors.
Each product has a profile with reviews, pricing and alternatives pages. Paying vendors get a call-to-action button ("Get Started for Free", "Try for free") that sends buyers to their site.
Step 1: claim the free profile

Like G2, TrustRadius often already has a page for your product. Its vendor directory lists over 10,000 vendors. Search trustradius.com for your product first, then click Claim my free profile.
Step 2: sign in to the vendor portal

Use LinkedIn or a company-domain email. TrustRadius checks that you work for the vendor before giving you edit rights.
Step 3: complete the profile
The free profile includes everything buyers compare:
- Product description and screenshots.
- Videos and demos. A short walkthrough is the most-viewed asset on most software profiles.
- Features and integrations. TrustRadius uses these on comparison pages.
- Pricing information. Even "starts at $X/month" beats nothing. Buyers filter out profiles without pricing.
- Security information. Mid-market and enterprise buyers look for it. Add your certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and policies if you have them.
Step 4: get reviews the TrustRadius way
TrustRadius reviews are long. Reviewers answer structured questions, and TrustRadius verifies reviewers and rejects thin or suspicious reviews. That makes each review harder to get and more valuable to buyers.
- Ask customers who have used the product for at least a few months and can talk about results.
- Send the direct review link, and tell them it takes 10–15 minutes. Honest expectations get more completions.
- Reviews also make you eligible for TrustRadius awards (Top Rated, Buyer's Choice) and badges, which TrustRadius says "boost your SEO, conversions, and brand".
Our first-reviews plan covers the outreach.
Free vs Premium
Free is enough to be listed, compared and reviewed. Premium is a marketing product: it adds a CTA button linking to your site or a booking page, lead forms on your profile, review-generation and refresh campaigns, custom review questions, and TrustQuotes syndication for your own site. Pricing is quoted via a demo. Consider it once TrustRadius is sending you buyers.
Does TrustRadius link to your site?
Only if you pay. On the paid profiles we opened on 5 October 2026 (ClickUp, monday.com, Wrike), the "Get Started for Free" and "View pricing page" buttons linked to the vendor's site with rel="noopener noreferrer", no nofollow. Those CTA buttons are a Premium feature. A free profile doesn't get one, so there's no link to you.
That fits the rest of the B2B review sites:
| Site | DR | Visits/month | Free profile | Link to your site (our check, 5 Oct 2026) | Paid options |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| G2 | 91 | ~2.25M | Yes | No clickable link on the profile we checked | Profile upgrades, buyer intent |
| TrustRadius | 85 | ~290K | Yes | CTA buttons only on paid profiles (followed on the ones we saw) | Premium profile |
| SoftwareSuggest | 77 | ~358K | Yes | "Visit Website" buttons are sponsored nofollow ad links |
Gold, Platinum, pay per lead |
| SaaSworthy | 75 | ~220K | Yes | No link on the pages we could check | Placements, lead targeting |
| SaaS Browser | 74 | ~13K | Claim | "Visit" goes through a nofollow redirect |
Data plans |
| SourceForge | 93 | ~22.5M | Yes | No direct link on the business listing we checked | Promotion |
| Crunchbase | 91 | ~3.2M | Yes | nofollow |

Is TrustRadius worth it?
For B2B software selling to mid-market and enterprise, yes. Buyers there read long-form reviews, and TrustRadius pages rank for "[product] reviews" searches. For a small self-serve tool, it's lower priority than G2 and Capterra.
What TrustRadius reviews look like
TrustRadius reviews are longer and more structured than on most sites. Reviewers answer questions about use cases, pros and cons, ROI, alternatives considered and support. That makes them:
- More useful to buyers, especially in mid-market and enterprise evaluations
- Harder to collect, because each takes 10–15 minutes
- Better as sales material: TrustRadius's Premium tools let you syndicate quotes, but even on the free profile, long reviews give your sales team specific, credible proof
Ask customers who can talk about outcomes and alternatives they considered, such as a champion who ran the evaluation, rather than casual users.
TrustRadius vs G2 for a first review push
| TrustRadius | G2 | |
|---|---|---|
| Review length | Long, structured | Shorter |
| Buyer profile | Mid-market and enterprise researchers | Broad B2B |
| Effort per review | Higher | Lower |
| Best first platform if | Long sales cycles, enterprise buyers | Most other B2B SaaS |
For most early SaaS, concentrate the first 10 reviews on G2 or Capterra, then add TrustRadius (which first).
Pros and cons
Pros
- Free profile, often already created and waiting to be claimed.
- Long, verified reviews that work as sales material.
- An audience of mid-market and enterprise researchers.
- Awards and badges once you have reviews.
Cons
- Reviews take customers 10–15 minutes each.
- Free profiles don't get a link to your site.
- Smaller audience (~290K visits a month) than G2.
- Premium is priced through a sales demo.
Common mistakes on TrustRadius
- Asking casual users for reviews. TrustRadius rejects thin reviews. Ask people who ran the evaluation or use the product daily.
- Leaving pricing blank. Buyers filter it out.
- Skipping the security section. Enterprise buyers look for it first.
- Buying Premium before you have reviews. A CTA on an empty profile doesn't convert.
