Your agreement with AgentLaunch#

These terms govern use of the AgentLaunch website, dashboard, Chrome extension, and MCP service. AgentLaunch operates under Cracked Collective, an unregistered business based in India. The individual service provider is Pruthvi Raj.

Use the service only if you have legal capacity to agree to these terms and authority to act for the product and accounts you connect. If acting for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does#

AgentLaunch is browser-assisted directory launch software. It prepares product facts and listing copy, helps with repetitive browser steps, organizes a paced submission queue, and keeps submission records. It is not a promise of fully unattended operation.

You may need to complete passwords, verification, CAPTCHAs, payments, permissions, or forms the extension cannot finish. Keep the connected Chrome profile available for browser work. Closing Chrome, losing a connection, or leaving a checkpoint unresolved can delay a launch.

Price and one-product launch credit#

The currently advertised plan is US$39 as a one-time payment for one product launch. It permits choosing any or all relevant directories in the available catalog for that product, subject to directory eligibility, approval, and your permissions. Taxes and any additional checkout charges are shown at checkout where applicable.

Confirm the product name and website before saving. Creating the product uses the launch credit and permanently binds it to that product; it cannot be deleted or swapped to reuse the credit for another product. Descriptions, product facts, copy, and images remain editable. Retrying work for the same product does not consume another product credit.

Directory listing fees are separate. Catalog size, directory availability, requirements, and fees can change. Purchasing a launch does not purchase acceptance by a directory or unrestricted access to every third-party platform.

Your instructions and responsibilities#

Review imported facts, generated copy, images, chosen directories, budgets, and permissions before use. AI can be incorrect. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your product information and for holding rights to the content and assets you provide.

Use only accounts you own or are authorized to use. Protect passwords, Chrome profiles, and MCP keys. Actions requested through a connected MCP client operate under your account’s access and permissions; revoke a key if it is exposed or no longer needed.

Approve sensitive steps yourself. AgentLaunch does not authorize payments, accept unrelated terms, or bypass security controls on your behalf. Directory submissions may create public, persistent records that we cannot recall.

Acceptable use and launch pacing#

Do not use AgentLaunch for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unsolicited spam activity. Do not impersonate others, submit false claims, attack sites, circumvent CAPTCHAs or access controls, misuse integrations, or attempt to bypass service limits.

Choose directories relevant to the product and comply with each platform’s rules. Launches default to 10 submissions per day, with a maximum of 20 per rolling 24 hours. These are AgentLaunch’s operating limits, not a Google-approved threshold or a guarantee against spam classification.

Third-party decisions and outcomes#

Directories independently decide whether to accept, edit, delay, charge for, reject, or remove a listing. We cannot guarantee successful submission to every site, publication, permanent links, dofollow links, traffic, sales, search rankings, or citations in AI answers.

A submission status is a workflow record. A recorded live URL and a link check provide evidence at a point in time, not a guarantee of future availability or a third party’s endorsement. You should verify important launches and results yourself.

Integrations, payment processing, browser software, and AI providers have their own terms and availability. Their changes or outages can affect the service.

Refunds and purchase problems#

Purchases are generally final. We offer a refund if AgentLaunch itself completely stops working for you. Contact support@agentlaun.ch with your purchase email and a description of the problem so we can verify the failure and process the refund. An individual directory rejecting a listing, changing its form, requiring your help, or becoming unavailable is not a complete failure of AgentLaunch. Unused credits, a change of mind, or unmet traffic or ranking expectations do not qualify for a voluntary refund. This policy does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable law. Contact us about unauthorized, duplicate, or erroneous charges; do not send card details.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Any approved refund for AgentLaunch access does not automatically refund fees paid directly to a directory.

Your content and our software#

You retain your rights in the product facts, copy, images, and other content you provide. You authorize AgentLaunch and the providers needed to deliver the service to process that content and send approved information to selected directories on your instructions.

Access to the hosted service does not grant a right to resell it, redistribute proprietary software, or claim ownership of AgentLaunch’s brand. Any separately licensed code or third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Availability and suspension#

We may maintain, change, or suspend features to address security, abuse, legal requirements, or provider changes. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms. Where appropriate and feasible, we will explain the issue and how to contact support.

No uninterrupted or error-free operation is promised. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant third-party outcomes or AI-generated accuracy. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Privacy, changes, and contact#

The Privacy Policy explains processing of account, product, browser, and integration information. Disconnecting a service or requesting deletion does not automatically remove information already published by a third-party directory.

The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be notified where required. Questions, complaints, privacy requests, and purchase issues can be sent to support@agentlaun.ch. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in force regardless of these terms.
