What AgentLaunch does#

AgentLaunch submits your product to startup, SaaS and AI directories for you. You give it your product's website. It writes listing copy for each directory, and a Chrome extension fills in the submission forms in your own browser.

It is browser-assisted, not fully automatic. It does the repetitive work and stops for the things only you should do: passwords, two-factor codes, CAPTCHAs, payments and final approval on the big launch platforms. Every directory gets a status, so you can see what was submitted, what needs you, and what went live.

The catalog has 397 directories that we have checked by hand: launch platforms, AI tool directories, SaaS directories, software review sites and developer tool lists. You choose which ones to use.

Hosted or self-hosted#

There are two ways to use AgentLaunch. Both are one-time payments and run the same launch engine.

Directory fees are separate on both plans. Approval is up to each directory.

Quick start#

1. Buy a launch for $39 and open your dashboard.
2. Click Launch a product and paste your product's website. AgentLaunch reads it and drafts your product details.
3. Check the details, then pick your directories. The best fits arrive ticked; switch any site with a paid option to paid if you want.
4. Choose a pace and launch. If Chrome isn't connected yet, AgentLaunch saves the launch, walks you through installing and connecting the extension, then starts it.
5. Handle anything marked Needs you as it comes up. Add more directories from the launch page any time.

Most people finish setup in about ten minutes. The launch itself runs over days, at the pace you pick. Keep an eye on Needs you: that is where the launch waits for a login, CAPTCHA or payment.

Add your product#

Paste your product's public website. AgentLaunch reads the page and drafts a name, tagline, short and long descriptions, a product type, and a logo and screenshots where it can find them. Nothing is submitted at this step.

Each launch belongs to one product. Once you confirm the product name and website, they can't be swapped for a different product. You can still edit descriptions, pricing, features, founder details, links and images at any time.

1. Check the product name and website carefully before you confirm.
2. Fix anything the draft got wrong, especially pricing and features.
3. Add your own screenshots if the imported ones aren't good enough.

Private, local and non-web addresses are rejected. The page has to be reachable on the public internet.

Pick your directories#

AgentLaunch ranks the whole catalog for your product type and ticks the 30 best free fits. A developer tool starts with developer directories and launch platforms, an AI tool with AI directories, and so on. Keep the set, or change it.

• Filters: free, has a paid option, dofollow, and no account or CAPTCHA needed. Search finds any directory by name.
• Paid options: any site with a paid listing can be switched from free to paid. The running total shows what you'll pay the directories. AgentLaunch never enters card details; when a directory asks for payment, it stops and you pay on the site.
• Badges: sites that list you for free only with their badge or a link on your site are marked. Picking one means you agree to add it.
• Major platforms such as Product Hunt are marked You approve. They wait for your go-ahead on the launch page, and you publish them yourself.

You can add more directories to a launch at any time from its page, free or paid, without buying another launch. Once a launch has started, new picks join its paced queue straight away.

Install the Chrome extension#

The extension does the form filling. It runs in the Chrome profile you connect, so it can use the logins you already have there. It is installed directly, not from the Chrome Web Store.

1. Open Connect in your AgentLaunch account and download the extension.
2. Unzip the file.
3. Go to chrome://extensions and turn on Developer mode (top right).
4. Click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped folder.
5. Back on Connect, the page notices the install. Click Connect this Chrome and confirm the prompt.

Keep that Chrome profile open while a launch is running. If you install an update, reload the extension on chrome://extensions so the new version takes over.

What runs on its own and what waits for you#

Two switches on the review step decide how much the extension does without asking. Badges are decided directory by directory, when you pick them.

Some steps always come back to you. The extension pauses and marks the directory Needs you with a clear next action:

• Passwords, two-factor codes and recovery codes
• CAPTCHAs
• Permission screens when you sign in with Google, GitHub or another provider
• Payments
• Email verification codes it can't read
• Information your product details don't include
• The final publish step on Product Hunt and other major launch platforms

Everything else, such as odd form layouts, optional fields and account pickers, the extension works through by itself.

Pacing#

Submissions go out at a steady pace so your launch looks natural to directory moderators. The default is 10 per rolling 24 hours. You can pick anything from 1 to 20 per day, or ask for the launch to be spread over a set number of days, up to a year. The pace never goes above 20 a day.

• Set a start date to schedule a launch for later.
• Pause and resume a launch at any time. Paused work goes back in the queue, it isn't lost.
• A launch of 100 directories at the default pace takes about 10 days, plus however long directories take to review.

Email verification (optional)#

Many directories send a confirmation email when you sign up. You can verify those yourself, or connect the Gmail inbox you use for signups so AgentLaunch can find the right message and finish the step.

The connection goes through Composio. Google's consent screen shows full Gmail access, because that is the permission Composio's Google app is approved for. AgentLaunch only turns on three read actions: reading your address, listing messages and opening a message. It can't send, delete or change anything, and AI agents connected over MCP can't read your inbox.

1. Open Connect and connect the Gmail address you use for directory signups.
2. Select that inbox on your launch.
3. If a message can't be matched safely, the directory is marked Needs you and you verify it by hand.

Submission statuses#

A directory is only marked Live once there is a public listing URL. You can then check that the page is up and whether the link to your site is dofollow.

Notifications#

• Urgent emails when a launch is waiting on you.
• A regular digest of anything still open.
• A Chrome notification and an email the first time a listing goes live.

Every launch keeps a full history, including when each directory was submitted and its listing link, so you can come back to it months later.

Run launches from your AI agent (MCP)#

AgentLaunch has an MCP server, so Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and other MCP clients can plan and run launches for you. The agent uses the same Chrome extension and the same rules: it can queue work, but it can't skip approvals, pacing, checkpoints or payments.

1. Log in and open Connect.
2. Create an API key. It starts with rl_ and is shown once, so store it in your client's secret settings.
3. Add the server to your client using one of the examples below.
4. Ask your agent to call list_projects first, then read the project before changing it.

Tools cover projects and product details, directory planning, listing copy, images, budgets, schedules, the extension queue, checkpoints and submission records. Revoke a key from Connect if it leaks.

With the $149 Self-Host License you get the full source code in a private GitHub repository and run AgentLaunch on your own Railway account. Every account on your copy gets unlimited launches, using your own AI key.
